Bullshirt with a backstory

I’m just a fairly normal guy who made the questionable life choice of spending way too much time studying science and philosophy instead of, say, learning how to make small talk at parties. I love books, movies, video games, and all the gloriously weird corners of pop culture. Somewhere between rereading Nietzsche and replaying old RPGs, I realized something deeply troubling: for a world drowning in T-shirts, almost all of them are painfully boring. Most shirts are just decoration — nice graphics, empty slogans, or a joke that was tired six memes ago. I wanted shirts that felt more like a favorite band tee or an iconic album cover: something that exists because there’s a whole culture, story, and set of ideas behind it. So I started designing them myself — shirts with meaning baked in, rooted in philosophy, science, literature, and the pop culture that raised me. As more people kept asking, “Where did you get that?” I had to admit, “Uh, I made it,” and eventually I took the hint and decided to share them with the world. This little project is my attempt to put real thought, curiosity, and a bit of smartass energy onto cotton. Please enjoy my creations. And share your feedback and ideas.

A single premium charcoal-gray T-shirt laid flat on a clean, pale oak table, showcasing an intricate, original line-art design that blends a neural network diagram with a branching tree of knowledge. Around the shirt rest a few closed hardbound philosophy and science books, their covers turned away to avoid text, and a small geometric metal sculpture. Soft morning window light from the right casts delicate shadows and reveals the fine knit texture of the fabric in photographic realism. Shot from a slightly elevated angle with rule-of-thirds composition, the mood is contemplative and sophisticated, suggesting deep meaning and intellectual curiosity behind the shirt’s design.

Who’s behind this bullshirt?

Think of this brand as a one-person studio where overeducated brain, pop culture obsession, and mild T-shirt addiction collide. Every design starts with an idea I care about — a theory, a story, a character, a question — and then I try to translate that into something you can wear without feeling like a walking billboard or a philosophy textbook. If a shirt makes you think, laugh, or start a strangely deep conversation with a stranger, then it’s doing its job.
