Welcome to the thrilling logistics chapter of This Is Complete Bullshirt. Below is how your new favorite shirt makes its way from idea to your doorstep, without any corporate blah-blah.
1. Made to Order, Not Mass Produced
Every item is made to order. Once you hit “checkout,” our fulfillment partner Printful prints and prepares your order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before your order ships out. This helps reduce waste and means you get a freshly made shirt, not something that has been sitting in a warehouse for ages.
2. Where We Ship From (and To)
We are based in Göttingen, Germany, but we ship worldwide through Printful’s global fulfillment network. Printful uses multiple printing and shipping locations around the world to keep delivery times reasonable and avoid unnecessary travel where possible.
Depending on your address, your order may be fulfilled and shipped from the EU, the US, or another regional facility.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
After the 2–5 business day production time, typical shipping times (based on Printful’s standard estimates) are:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping carriers sometimes move at their own mysterious pace, especially during peak seasons, holidays, or unexpected disruptions.
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your shirt’s heroic journey from the fulfillment center to your doorstep.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your shipping address, the products in your order, and current Printful rates. The final shipping fee will always be shown before you confirm your purchase.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders (outside your country or customs area), import duties, taxes, and other fees may apply. These charges are set by your local customs office and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
You are responsible for paying any applicable customs or import fees. We recommend checking your country’s import rules if you are unsure what to expect.
7. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery times can vary due to factors outside our control, such as:
- High volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, major sales)
- Carrier delays or routing issues
- Customs processing times
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
If your order seems stuck or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with Printful and the carrier.
8. Wrong Address or Returned Shipments
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was unclaimed, we may need to charge additional shipping fees to resend it.
